Lovers' Sour

Lovers’ SouR

Made with locally sourced raspberries blended into a sour base with zero bitterness. Tart, fruity, refreshing, and a beautiful pink color.

    Tasting Notes: We use an unhopped sour base of pilsner and wheat malts and add a generous amount of locally sourced raspberries. Tart, fruity, refreshing, and a beautiful pink color.

Mexican Style Vienna Lager

MX-Style Vienna Lager

German Vienna malt imparts subtle nutty and honey notes. Pilsner and Corn add a light crisp mouthfeel.

Czech-inspired with a touch of NW character. Malt body with classic spice hop character.

We added loads of Simcoe and Nectaron hops to this devilishly good IPA.

    Tasting Notes: A nod to the Spruce tips we handpicked in Starker Forests near Devils Punchbowl on the Central Oregon Coast and added to this brew. We used loads of Simcoe and Nectaron hops in addition to the spruce tips to make this IPA devilishly good.

Classic Flanders Red Ale matured with mixed culture yeast and bacteria for over 2 years in second-fill bourbon barrels.

    Tasting Notes: Flavors of dark cherry, prune, and currant with a hint of orange spice and moderate acidity.

Mixed Culture Blonde

Inspired by lambic, this mixed culture blonde ale was aged in wine barrels for nearly 3 years with numerous strains of yeast and bacteria to produce complex layers of flavors and aromas.

    Tasting Notes: Funky, musty, barnyardy, vinous, dry, cidery, and tart.

Inspired by fruited lambic, we added peaches to this mixed culture blonde ale aged in wine barrels for nearly 3 years.
