River Otter Red

This red ale boasts flavors of malty caramel and light roast with a ruby red hue.

Hop Varieties: Nugget
Tasting Notes: Designed for malt lovers and light on hop character, this red ale is caramelly and roasty with a beautiful red color.

NWIPA

Hop-forward classic west coast style IPA featuring hops developed and grown in the Pacific Northwest.

Hop Varieties: Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade
Tasting Notes: Packed with aromas and flavors of pine and citrus.

Lovers’ SouR

Made with locally sourced raspberries blended into a sour base with zero bitterness. Tart, fruity, refreshing, and a beautiful pink color.

Tasting Notes: We use an unhopped sour base of pilsner and wheat malts and add a generous amount of locally sourced raspberries. Tart, fruity, refreshing, and a beautiful pink color.

MX-Style Vienna Lager

German Vienna malt imparts subtle nutty and honey notes. Pilsner and Corn add a light crisp mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes: Germany meets Mexico in this refreshing lager with subtle notes of nuts and honey and a crisp, light mouthfeel.

PILSNER

Czech-inspired with a touch of NW character. Malt body with classic spice hop character.

Exit 333 DIPA

Packs a dank, piney, citrus punch in the west coast double IPA style.

Tasting Notes: Powerful hop aromas and bright citrus and pine flavors make this deceptively easy to drink without tasting sweet or boozy.

PORCH LIGHT PALE

A modern take on the classic pale ale with hop derived flavors and aromas.

Hop Varieties: Nugget, Lemon Drop, Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon
Tasting Notes: Sweet lemon, tangerine, mandarin orange, strawberry, and melon.

LEMON Wheat

American Wheat Ale spiced with lemon and grains of paradise for a hint of citrus and spice.

Spruce Devil IPA

We added loads of Simcoe and Nectaron hops to this devilishly good IPA.

Tasting Notes: A nod to the Spruce tips we handpicked in Starker Forests near Devils Punchbowl on the Central Oregon Coast and added to this brew. We used loads of Simcoe and Nectaron hops in addition to the spruce tips to make this IPA devilishly good.

Gone huntin’ cream ale

American Cream Ale brewed with flaked corn and Vienna malt.

Hop Varieties: Nugget, Cascade
Tasting Notes: Rounded sweetness and high drinkability with very little bitterness.

Playtime Porter

Sessionable and approachable porter with malt-derived notes of chocolate, caramel, and oats.

Flanders REd

Classic Flanders Red Ale matured with mixed culture yeast and bacteria for over 2 years in second-fill bourbon barrels.

Tasting Notes: Flavors of dark cherry, prune, and currant with a hint of orange spice and moderate acidity.

Mixed Culture Blonde

Inspired by lambic, this mixed culture blonde ale was aged in wine barrels for nearly 3 years with numerous strains of yeast and bacteria to produce complex layers of flavors and aromas.

Tasting Notes: Funky, musty, barnyardy, vinous, dry, cidery, and tart.

Mixed Culture Pêche

Inspired by fruited lambic, we added peaches to this mixed culture blonde ale aged in wine barrels for nearly 3 years.

FOUR Roses

Aged over 1 year in Four Roses bourbon barrels, this is a big midnight dark stout with the rich, warm flavors of your favorite desserts.
